This is by far the best Palm Beach Tan I have personally been a member of. Lauren is always so helpful, she explains everything, and is so sweet and knowledgeable. She informs me about products and deals or discounts, without putting pressure on me to purchase anything. My last visit, I met Carter and Hannah. They were both kind, informative and treated me like family. I don't know how she does it, but Lauren calls me by name every time. I don't come every week and she still remembers somehow. Love this location and staff. It is also super clean! Highly recommend 🩵☀🩵

Ava is my absolute favorite. She is always has a smile on her face and is soooo sweet. Today o left my watch in the room and she called to make sure that I came back and grabbed it there’s not a lot of sweet honest people left in this world, and I’m glad that I go to a Italian salon that has one of the few.

Ava L is absolute BEST! I was actually going to cancel my membership and she went above + beyond to keep me as a member, and she remembers me and chats with me EVERY single time I come in. She’s the sweetest, and really makes customers feel like more than just a membership number. I had a miscarriage a few months ago and was in a really dark place mentally and she was a pivotal part in helping me feel like a human again after that trauma!
