“So Amanda is my normal girl but this week I had to choose someone else to do my Brazilian and underarms, and oh my gosh. I understand sometimes with Brazilians there’s ingrown hairs and whatnot but there was clearly like a huge section of hairs scattered throughout and she said I was done. And I was like “oh I’m sorry, do you mind getting these ones?” And she said “oh those are ingrowns and probably aren’t ready to come up yet.” Girl, there was tons of hair and yes I have ingrowns, but not that many. She passed over it again and played it off like “oh looks like those ingrown hairs were ready!” I’ve been with EWC for 8 years. I don’t think so ? it was just so sloppy, she didn’t even get everything. I had plenty of hair too, it was around 6 weeks since my last visit. And my underarms she tore most of the hair, so there was so much breakage. I may as well have done it with my wax kit at home, I just didn’t have time so I came here to do it. Just sucks to waste money and still have hair in both places.TLDR: go to Amanda! She’s great and makes sure you are totally clean. Was so disappointed with my last visit.“
