John W. was very prompt in arriving at (actually ahead) of the scheduled time. I called just before noon and he came out that afternoon. Very pleasant young man and the service level was excellent. He stayed until the work was completed at 7pm. Very happy and would refer Blackrock Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing related services.
John came out to my house to take a look at my bathroom tub and sink, which were draining extremely slowly. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What impressed me most was his honesty. After giving me a quote that I agreed to, he realized that one of the repairs I thought I needed actually wasn't necessary. Instead of charging me anyway, he adjusted the price down to reflect only the work that was needed. It's refreshing to find someone with that level of integrity. I highly recommend John and would gladly use his services again.
