Dr. Joshua Woodrum was absolutely amazing. I am one that does not like getting shots, and I could barely feel them when he did my filings. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience building our new home with Ceci Bates. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.
From the very beginning, working through the design stage with Co-owner Scott Bates set the tone. His attention to detail, willingness to listen, and commitment to bringing our vision to life made us feel confident we were in the right hands. The architectural design provided by Robert Jordan was executed beautifully, and it was clear throughout the build that the team remained true to our vision.
Our Construction Supervisor, Brian Ward, was exceptional. His communication, organization, and craftsmanship gave us complete peace of mind. Every phase of construction was clearly explained, timelines were managed well, and any questions we had were addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Amy Tennison, our Project Coordinator, kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Her responsiveness and attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked, especially change orders, and she made the entire process feel seamless.
We also had a fantastic experience with Heather, our interior and exterior design consultant. She worked tirelessly, hand in hand with my wife to ensure our ideas and dreams came to fruition. Her guidance, creativity, and patience helped us make decisions that truly brought our home together in a way that reflects our style and needs. Chad Leasure, Sales Manager made frequent site visits and provided weekly updates via email on the progress which we appreciated even though we lived in the neighborhood we built in and were on the job site almost daily ourselves.
One of the things that stood out most was the hands-on involvement from the leadership team. Routine visits to the job site by Tom Ceci demonstrated a level of commitment and pride that is rare to find. Tom offered his thoughts on a few structural modifications that made the interior and exterior of the home really stand out and added not just square footage but real living space. It was clear that everyone involved genuinely cared about the quality of the home and our overall experience.
Every phase of the build was communicated clearly and shared in detail, which made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and rewarding instead.
We are incredibly grateful to the entire Ceci Bates team for delivering not just a beautiful home, but an outstanding building experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build with a team that values quality, communication, and customer care.

The owner was not lying. She does work by appointment only. It states very clearly on the door APPOINTMENT ONLY. However if you do happen to walk in at a time we are not busy, we will gladly help you in any way we can.

I absolutely love the cut I got at "Head to Toe Salon" in Pottsboro Texas! Spring did a fabulous job on my hair! My hair was super long, usually in a bun or super in my way. I'd wanted a cut for a long time but when you have really long hair it's like saying goodbye to an old friend. Spring was confident and reassuring. It needed to go. She was meticulous and I appreciated that. Spring cut I know a foot of length off but the new length, shape, and lines were on point. I got a long layer cut with some thinning because it's thick. I'm very satisfied with my new look. Great job! I plan to make Head to Toe (Spring) my go to for all my hair care!
