I've been there today for a routine visit and I can tell I have nothing to complain at all. Doctor and nurses were super kind and informative, they took the time to explain everything and process was super smooth. I was kind of sceptic about how the service would be due to the previous reviews but it was a great experience so far. Being honest, I've been in fancy clinics and haven't got half of the service quality I got in this location.

Edit: I went for my routine annual exam and they billed it to the insurance as diagnostic. My insurance sent me a claim for +$800 each (me and my partner). I expect to not to receive a bill about it but I will give them 3 stars...read full review

I see the low ratings and I will just say I don't understand them, I thought this office was AMAZING. The staff is QUICK and efficient and Dr. Hernandez is the absolute best, I have a a very broken body and require 8 specialist from auto immune diseases, inflammatory illness and a stroke. This woman listened, was empathetic, called all my labs got all my referrals, she ALWAYS calls so fast and makes sure i understand the results and makes me pick a copy up of the results for my records, I have NEVER been to a more polite office and doctor. All of my needs are carefully met and I couldn't be more happy with the practice, staff and Mrs. Hernandez. 10 stars tbh ♥

Had a really nice experience staff is friendly no complaints at all, the office it’s a bit older but nice and clean. Dr. Yanira Hernandez really professional and caring we really enjoyed our visit.
