Thank you for saving my mother's life. My mom used to come home super disappointed of this location. Always saying that they didn't have her referrals or results and would get turned away by the mean lady in the reception that is now gone. The place is looking cleaner and smells more better. The new manager gave us a number for the transportation vans and my mom loves the lupita lady. The manager is very nice and flamboyant always with a smile and professional. Was visiting South Padre on vacation. No urgent cares, we figured Port Isabel might have a better clinic. I picked the wrong one. No one waiting inside, so I thought that was a good thing. Receptionist asked for my phone # and kept getting it wrong. Then she said to wait in car until called. Lots of cars in parking lot, so not good. When I returned my paperwork, I circled my phone # to make sure she got it right. Took an hour to get called in, then another half hour in a room. The aid took my vitals and asked me questions, some that I already wrote in the forms. She was slow to enter into their new system. For a small town clinic, I've always been very pleasantly surprised at how thorough the staff is at Pi Health Clinic. I'm always able to get referrals to Specialists and make appointments with ease, and Nurse Vasquez is the best! It's also convenient to be able to do blood work at the same location. Keep up the great work :-)
