If I could give no stars I would!!! The doctor alone is very unprofessional and rude! Her staff is another story!! FYI she backs up there unprofessional attitude! I have them incorrect information for insurance.. called back to make a correction and her staff stated we ain't make corrections and if it comes back you won't be able to be seen! I'm definitely calling the board!
Dr. Felton is the best optometrist hands down! She takes her time to make sure that your prescription will be A-OK! Her front office staff is polite and amazing and takes care of you as soon as you walk through the door. Her passion is terrific eye care and she makes sure you are in the right eye wear and your eyes are healthy! See her and your eyes will thank you!
The doctor is very thorough. I was able to ask questions about the changes of my eyes. She explained every test and addressed all my concerns. I did not feel rushed and I didn’t feel like just a number. Thank you Dr. Felton.
