The man that works here is rude, rough and has arrogant attitude. When this place first opened they had good work ethic but as the yesrs have gone by the lady that ownes the shop has let the place go down hill. The chairs are old and need replacing, all the polishes are old and need replacing. They dont use the plastic tub liners and their products are cheap. There are better salons in Pleasanton to go to. DON'T go here, not even if you're desperate. Just do without if it comes to that.

I took my daughter to get her nails done for a Quince, they were the ugliest set I have seen. Reason we went was we were pressed for time and her regular nail tech was booked . This place butchered her nails, they trimmed 2 of them to short and she kept telling me they hurt. Never again!!!!Service: Acrylic nails
