I've had the same stylist, Sylvie, for years because she is really good. I didn't mind when she canceled because life happens. I had to call to make that appt but got hung up on by someone at the store. Had to call back but afterwards got a text saying the appt had been canceled. Called again & was told it was a mistake. Later got another text that it had been canceled & had to call again. Again, a mistake. Got another one. Called again & was told Sylvie was out & I had been scheduled with another stylist. Placed order online and it was fulfilled and easy to pick up. My order was correct and I was helped very quickly. No issues with that. However, I must report a very strong unpleasant smell by the pick up counter. I suspect the old container collection. It smelled terrible and it made standing there unbearable. You all might want to address that.
