I've been going to Kristi for massage for over 8 years now, and she taught my previous therapist. She is very knowledgeable in how the muscular system is all interconnected, and helping work out problem areas. She has helped me to figure out problems and provide useful information that I can take to my chiropractor for further help. This is not like going to massage envy for a generic massage. Make an appointment with Kristi if you have a specific issues/pain that you need help with. I HIGHLY recommend her services for those looking for specific help with a muscular problem. Kristi is excellent at what she does. This is not your typical massage therapist. I deal with chronic pain every day. Kristi is able to reduce my pain level by loosening up all those muscles that get bound up around my joints. She also can reduce the swelling I get when my joints are inflamed. I highly recommend her if you have arthritis or fibromyalgia. She doesn't hurt you like some 'deep tissue' massage therapist s. The technique she uses is totally different.
