Steady House did an amazing job on my house. I am forever grateful for the quality of work they did. I had to have a full underpin of my foundation done. Working with the warranty company my builder chose was a nightmare. I wanted to make sure I got everything right because this repair was expensive and extensive. I reached out to several companies to get quotes. Phillip was one of the only people who came out and would answer all of my questions. When I came up with more questions he would answer all of those too. He was very patient when dealing with the road blocks from the warranty company I was dealing with. He has been doing business in the area for a long time and knows what he is talking about. When it comes to doing the job I judge a company by how they treat the people who work for them. Philip and Jeremy treated their crew with the utmost respect. Jeremy was here every day supervising the job. He was under the house taking video so I understood the process. There was a broken pipe and the crew was able to patch it and keep working. They were also able to get a plumber out here to fix it so the job didn’t get held up. That says a lot about the culture of the company. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. They even finished the job sooner than projected. The final thing I appreciated was them expressing that just because the work is done does not mean that the working relationship is done. If I have any questions or concerns I can reach out to them. There are other houses on my street who have reached out to Steady pier because of the work that they saw them doing. There was another company that did my neighbors house and they even commented about the job this company did. Steady House wasn’t the cheapest and wasn’t the most expensive, but they did provide the best service and quality which is exactly what I was looking for. I am glad I did my research and went with them. Thank you is not enough for not just the work that they did but how they made me feel. I know I am a valued customer with Steady House.
