Dr Racz is a wonderful Dr and Gary is a great PA unfortunately the new office staff at the Irving facility lacks in scheduling and empathy towards his patients.I have been a patient of his for years and never have a such a bad experience as I did this week. I hope his front staff takes a class on how to handle patients with chronic pain because from my experience they need it.
Dr. Racz has been providing absolute best care & support to me since 2011. He is literally the highest educated & knowledgeable physician I’ve ever seen, & is deeply compassionate. He is the only pain management physician that I ever want to see because of the doctor/patient relationship he has developed with me, & his literal brilliance. I trust him with my life. Being able to build this kind of trust with a physician is not always attainable, but I have had it for years & years. He listens, he knows what to do. Very friendly and professional staff. Dr Racz listens to the patient's issues and provides a plan to achieve results without going to interventional procedures first. It is most appreciated.
