Rebecca Chilvers, MD is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist. She received her medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed her residency and sub-specialty training at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Patients praise Dr. Chilvers as an incredible doctor who truly listens and cares about her patients. She puts a tremendous amount of love, research, and care into her work at Fertility Specialist of Texas in Frisco, TX. We absolutely loved Dr. Chilvers! She was so incredible. With all the medical precautions we had going into this, her and her team took so much care of us. And everyone at this office was amazing. They truly do care about you and they remember you. I would recommend this office and staff 100x over.
Side note. Brooke (retrieval coordinator) was one of the nicest and most amazing people we’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She would jump through hoops for us at anytime of day or night. Her care and thoughtfulness is beyond top tier.

I initially went to FST to prepare for IVF, but ended up getting pregnant naturally. Despite not proceeding with IVF, Dr. Chilvers continued to provide excellent care during my early pregnancy. She performed all the necessary checks and closely monitored my progress until I graduated at 8 weeks.
I truly appreciated how thorough and supportive she was—she also took the time to explain potential treatment options in detail. The clinic was very efficient, and all recommended tests were scheduled quickly to keep things moving forward.
I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Chilvers and the FST team.
