Paradise Air provided prompt, professional, and great quality service. The crew covered the floor, hauled out all trash, and cleaned up inside and outside the house. The HVAC system was professionally installed, and the pricing was fair and competitive. The technician explained everything clearly, and the repair was done quickly. They were able to repair incorrectly placed PVC pipes on a second unit. After a couple of minor accidents that required Sheetrock repair, they stepped up without hesitation and covered all costs. The customer service and timely communication were impressive. The company is highly recommended for reliable A/C service and for all HVAC needs in the future.
