Ok, so this was an emergency booking. I removed my nipple rings yesterday for a mammogram and forgot to put them back. When I tried to put them back, one of the holes already closed and I was having extreme difficulties getting the bar to get through to the other hole. I gave up after trying for 20mins and could not take the pain anymore. I googled the nearest piercing shop so I could get help. I called first and she said to come by. First, it can be a little difficult to spot her store sign but she has a sign outside as well and it's the door next to the chicken place. She was super helpful, she was able to re-pierce the hole I was having difficulties with. And extra shout out to her because the pain was tremendous, I swore I scratched up this lady's arm, but she was so sweet and said it was ok :) I will go back to check out her other services or to buy some piercing accessories when I am not in so much pain. If my nipple hole ever close again, I'll just give up that piercing because I am never going through that again. Lol.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of this place for a few days now. I went by there on a Saturday in the middle of the day when they were supposed to be open and they were not open the shades were drawn. No sign on the door or anything. So I decided to call. I called multiple times. No one answers. So I’ll wait until the next day. They are supposed to be open. Instead of me making a blank trip I decided to call before I go. The phone rang a couple of times and then went to voicemail. Nothing on the voicemail stating that they are going to be closed. I get that life happens sometimes maybe something happened but this is definitely bad for business. If you’re not going to be open, you need to put a sign up or put a message on your voicemail so that people can know that you are not open. Or change your business hours on Google and on your building. So irritating that businesses can’t do right.

The piercer was FANTASTIC. She was very open to me and the piercing didn’t hurt and all the tools she used was all new and loved the service there. Me, my sister, and mom all got love piercings for $115 and she gave us a discount so that was INCREDIBLY nice. Overall I really recommend this place

I had my 4th piercing done here, i had most of mine done here, it is was wondering, the lady is very nice and gets straight to the point, and up front with prices, the place is clean and everything is properly maintained, my ears hadn't once got infected and i am very pleased and satisfied with the services provided here, 10/10 recommended to go here

Definitely would recommend! I got my belly pricing done before but it was completely messed up, thankfully found Karma Ink and they did an amazing job fixing. good vibes and the ladies are so sweet and make you comfortable.

This piercer is so kind, she did my nose piercing 3 years ago in the old location and I am so glad I found her again. She is so gentle, skilled, and gives her professional opinion when asked about other piercings. The shop also has so many earrings and they are reasonably priced. Such a warm, comfortable place as well. Honestly a 10/10!!

Very unprofessional done on my piercing, had to take them out and went to another shop instead to fix them. Over charged me with 8% hidden fee. Agreed on a fixed price, but was hit with large hidden fee. Staffs were very rude. I do not recommend coming here. Location is not that great as well. Stay away if you can.
