They treat clients with respect and genuine warmth, paying attention to the little details that brighten their days. The staff is always on time, respectful, and skilled. The environment is clean, and the company is big on informed participation. The caregivers feel like part of the family now. They truly care. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Benaiah Healthcare Services. My significant other had surgery late on a Friday night (July 18, 2025) and was released at 4 AM the next morning. By sunrise, I was frantically calling every healthcare provider I could find. From 7 to 8 AM I must have called a dozen businesses through Care.com, and every single one told me the earliest they could send someone was Monday. Some even said Wednesday.
