This is for the brand new location at Coit/Ridgeview by the new super Kroger. They just opened a couple weeks ago. I took my 5-yr old daughter for a 6 in “trim” as her hair had grown quite long. We walked in on a Saturday at 3pm and she sat down right away. Shawnee was her stylist and she was exceptional. She was so sweet to my girl and did a great job! My daughter loved her hair and the whole experience. We were in and out in 15 mins and she even got a lollipop. We will definitely be back to see Shawnee!
I got poor cut by one of the lady. When the note says 1/2 inch, she cut three times 1/2 inch and says that she cuts only 1/2 inch and ended up with bad such short cut and I need not go there for another 2/3 months. This is one way of bring down the revenue. Hair cutting is Art and it is not race. Hope she realize and improve in the upcoming days. I kept 4 star, considering others and overall experience.
