DOES NOT RECOMMEND Disappointing Experience – No Visible Results Despite Professional Service We truly wish we could leave a more positive review, but unfortunately, our experience with Gecko Green Lawn Care has been deeply disappointing. While the technicians who visited our property were courteous and professional, the product and promised results fell far short of expectations. We were assured that our lawn would become the greenest in the neighborhood. Despite following watering guidelines and having a fully operational sprinkler system, our yard continues to struggle with brown patches and persistent weeds. We voiced our concerns to both customer service and the technicians after each visit, but were repeatedly reassured that visible improvement was coming. Unfortunately, that improvement never materialized. After investing $420.00 in this service, we saw no benefit. In fact, our untreated neighbor’s lawn looks healthier and more vibrant than ours. We have documented our lawn’s condition with timestamped photos following each treatment (1st: 03/05/25, 2nd: 04/04/25, 3rd: 05/08/25). We strongly believe in paying for quality service—but in this case, we did not receive it. We are asking Gecko Green to stand by their satisfaction guarantee by either issuing a refund or taking action to correct the situation. Fingers crossed—we will update this review if the company responds appropriately. Update: partisl credit of $120 was issued and the option to pay extra for someone to test out lawn- no thanks and we're still unsatisfied.
We use Gecko Green for our lawn care and also tree and shrub care and pest control! Best company hands down! Quadre is our bug guy and he is the one I encounter most. He is always so very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I LOVE GECKO GREEN!
Gecko Green has been serving our properties for almost 18 years now. Jason is very professional, caring, and an expert. Our lawn always looks great with his trained eye and expertise. Our lawn is green in the summer and golden in the winter. We live in rural area, and he helps the lawn look like a city lawn.
