So blessed to have found Ashley. I have natural hair and she is so talented with it. I love that she offers so many different styles to accommodate natural hair. You can tell that she is truly into hair health and educating. I truly feel that this is the start to a wonderful hairlationship lol. But seriously she is awesome, on time, very sweet, very clean, easy online booking. The shop felt super comfortable; like I was VIP. Her prices are more than fair. Ashley got some mad skills! My daughter has super thick hair and too much for me to handle. She shampoo, condition, Detangle, blew dry, straighten, and trimmed my daughters hair in 1 hour and 30 mins. When in normally takes me 3hrs! We will for ever be clients in her shop. DevelopHER also has a line of products. Night cap is a reversible which is neat. The I’RIR oil feels nice and cool on the scalp. My daughter always states she feeling like Beyoncé when she hops off the chair.

I finally got my 5 year old daughters haircut for the first time ever this past weekend. My baby has very coily, kinky curly hair from root to end and I absolutely love and adore her curls. I was so nervous about letting anyone cut her hair because of the volume and curls, but also because she is autistic and ADHD. Ashley did amazing! We got through the wash, with a bit of a water spill from my daughter freaking out, but Ashley handled it all so well. She styled and combed my daughter hair effortlessly and let me know which products might work better for my baby, because her curls eat up moisture all the time.
