I have been coming here for as long as it has been opened(6 years) but moved away for 2 of those years. I am back in Plano and needed to get new contacts so I made the appointment. First off after not being here for two years Dr. Vo recognized me right away and was so kind. I have always liked her because she is so personable, professional and sincere but I thought for sure she wouldn't remember me. We talked and she made me feel so special and overall just made my day. Also, want to say Jackie (employee) was fabulous as well. The employees she has working there are the same ones that she hired when she first opened Concept Eyecare... That ought to tell you about what kind of Boss Dr. Van Vo is. If anyone needs eyeglasses, contacts or just needs to see an eye doctor she is the one to go to. From when you first walk in the door and as you are leaving you will be in great hands!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would......
I LOVE Concept EyeCare!!!! Everything about them is amazing! The office is so modern and cute, and the staff is the sweetest, most helpful group you'll ever meet! Dr.Vo is so kind and informative! You're making a mistake if you go anywhere else !
