I went to a "well-known" optometrist in Frisco mid-August, 2023. Costco filled prescription and I could not see. (Note: I've worn glasses since 1969! I'm familiar.) Anyway, went back to Costco, they said to return to eye doctor. Went back to same eye doctor mid-September, 2023 - just one month later - and received a DIFFERENT prescription. Very concerning since my prescription had changed only slightly over past 10-12 years and now something seriously different in just a month?!? Finally, December 30, 2023, I went to Dr. Li. I had to pay out-of-pocket since I had already used insurance benefits but it wasn't costly. Received a different prescription but he took his time...read full review

I visited this location for the first time last week for a second opinion. Upon arriving the desk attendant had a happy birthday post-it attached to the paperwork I needed to complete. My birthday wasn't for a few days. Aside from that, the staff and the doctor were extremely thorough beyond my expectations. I had previously been to another eye doctor and after three attempts could not get my prescription right, thus is why I came to 121 Eye Care. The doctor was able to exact my prescription. Then, on my birthday, I received a text from them wishing me a happy birthday. I am very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. I will be returning should the need arise.
