Tyler communicated he was heading to my home, arrived when he mentioned he would. Got into my attic to remove a dead rat, found it within 10 minutes, removed it, and I couldn’t be happier. Our home had stunk in one room, and he came in and took care of it promptly! Clear communication and professional! So happy he is a part of Critter Stop! Now me and my wife can sleep comfortably!
