I came by last week fully expecting to just try out the chairs that they sold in Costco and would simply buy from Costco. Jeff was absolutely incredible and showed me other options as well. Hello everybody. I ordered and received one of their high end chairs. When it arrived it wouldn’t operate. Possible electrical issue. I called my sales person (Robert) to report the issue. He immediately addressed the issue. Sent me a new chair that works perfectly. What’s important here is that this company stands behind their products.
