Where do I begin? The heated table omgoodness!!! Never in a million years would I have thought that this would make such a difference in your spa experience. Absolutely a plus and a must. Cassandra is very knowledgeable and explained everything that I asked with such thoroughness.

I have been seeing Cassandra for MLD since early March for recovery from surgery. I have struggled with Ehler Danlos, Lipedema, Reynauds, and arthritis, as well as autoimmunity. The MLD alone has been integral to an excellent recovery . Cassandra educated and guided me through not just the recovery process which helped me feel secure in the stages—what is normal and not normal—but also through how to perform self MLD at home.

I came to Bella Vida 2 weeks lipo post op and have had several sessions since. My recovery would not be the same without lymphatic therapies, especially massages using the Dolphin device. Swelling has improved tremendously and it is even improving scar tissue from an old surgical procedure. I can't praise Bella Vida enough!
