Dr. Ali is a kind hearted doctor who takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. My appointments don’t feel rushed nor my concerns brushed off. I was referred here and I’m pretty happy. They have an in house lab in case you opt for it. Wait time once at practice is very efficient :) You get emails with quick labwork updates but won’t be able to review with Dr until your appointment.

I’ve waited 3 months to calm down and write this review.
Pros - easy to make appointment and took Tricare.
Cons- Dr Quresh was dismissive, distracted, and unhelpful. Didn’t listen to my symptoms or read the notes from my orthopedic surgeon who referred me. She flipped through the papers but didn’t read them. She applied extremely light pressure to a few joints and asked if I had any pain and declared I had degenerative arthritis. When I objected and tried to share what my orthopedic doctor had uncovered she said you don’t have that and lifetime biologics are required if you did. That was the end of the appointment. She was done before the woman up front could scan in my test results and notes from my other physicians.
Dr Quresh only looks at bloodwork, so if you think you could have a seronegative condition, save yourself the time and please go somewhere else.

Worst doctors ever. The staff is even worse. They’ve ordered the wrong prescriptions, tell me one thing and do another. I would avoid. Edited to add that now they're down to just 1 or 2 doctors who only work in this office twice a week.

I visited this clinic for a doctor’s consultation and was quite surprised to see a $540 charge just for the visit. Unfortunately, no one mentioned this fee in advance. After the insurance adjustment, I still had to pay over $220 out of pocket, as it was applied toward my deductible.
The staff and clinic should be more transparent about their consultation costs before the appointment. I recommend that anyone planning to visit confirm the charges upfront to avoid unexpected bills.

This was one of the worst and most unprofessional medical office experiences I have ever had. At the Arthritis and Rheumatology Institute, they demanded full payment before I could even see the doctor. When I said I would pay right after the consultation, they refused and told me I could not be seen without paying upfront. They even claimed this was the “standard practice” for all medical offices, which is simply not true.
I never received any medical service, yet they still insisted on money first. It felt more like a scam than a medical practice. This office clearly cares about profit, not patients.
I canceled my appointment and walked out. If you don’t want to be treated like a wallet instead of a patient, stay far away from this place.

My primary care physician highly recommended Dr. Gokaraju and to my surprise she was recommended to me also by my ophthalmologist. The office staff there were extremely helpful as it is not easy to get an appointment scheduled. They did their best after I explained my condition and kept me in mind in case of a cancellation and sure enough I was scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days. I really appreciated their effort and commitment.

I almost missed a dose of my medication, the doctor’s office would not refill it or return my call to explain what’s going on. This is not very responsible to the patient.

Dr Sirisha Gokaraju in ALLEN is a really good Auto Immune doctor. She listens and asks questions. Beware if you have an Auto Immune Disorder they will take a lot of blood pretty much every visit, but I am sure EVERY Auto Immune doctor will.
