I came in really aching and sore, and the highlight of my session was Janet’s work on opening my thoracic spine. It helped me feel looser and pain-free from the aching in my left shoulder and upper back. I also really appreciated having reflexology included in the same session.

I had tightness in the outside of my calf. She used reflexology to help resolve my problem and also fixed some issues I wasn't even aware that I had... :-)
This was a medical massage/reflexology appointment. She talked with me through the entire process, explaining things as we proceeded.
Note, the first appointment is a 2-hour process (instead of the later appointments which will only be 1 hour). The cost was higher for this particular visit...But I needed every minute of it.
