At that time, I requested to meet the owner because he had designed and installed our AC system. During our first visit, he took time to walk me through, explain the system and provided tips on inspections and maintenance. Recently, a sudden power surge resulted in an outage in one unit. It was a weekend! Nonetheless, the response was immediate and he assured me he would squeeze me in Monday. In these post pandemic days, getting service is often not predictable.
