It's been 2 years since I purchased my chr and everyone at Toyota have been awesome. I had a appointment for maintance and Thomas was great, he even changed my oil filters so I didn't need to come back in August. I highly recommend Toyota of Pharr to anybody looking for great service??

I would like to say that Justin Garcia at the service department did an awesome job in customer service. Kept me informed at all times on the situation and status of my vehicle. Never at any point did he try to B.S. me and explained the situation how it was. Honesty and integrety go a long way. Dealerships need more people like Justin. I've been to many other dealerships and the service is horrendous. I was very happy with Toyota Pharr and its service.
