“Planning to move to Edinburg and having update work on electrical and plumbing and Mighty Mike’s is here to do the work. They are very nice and explain everything they are doing and take pictures before and after the work is done so I can see everything that they are doing. Steve has gone above and beyond with his work!!! Gus has also done a great job. They deserve a raise for sure!!! Thank you Mighty Mike’s. *** Had to have a couple more things worked on and again just wanted to say that Steve and Jesse were out today and did a great job! Also Pedro and I’m sorry don’t remember all the guy’s names that have been out to work at my house but they have all been so nice and have done an excellent job! If ever I have to have work done again I will call Mighty Mike’s and have their GREAT team of employees to do the job!!! Thanks again Mighty Mike’s and all your hard working employees!!!“

“Andy and his team were amazing. Within 90 minutes they diagnosed, picked up a new water heater, took out the old and put in the new one within that 90 minutes. Another issue occurred which wasn’t part of their job but they came back to fix it. Much appreciated. Way to go Andy and team.“

“Today, we had our water softener installed, and I want to express my appreciation for the team that worked on our home.

Cesar (lead technician) and Mr. Pacheco, Armando (helper) and both did an outstanding job. Seriously, they were professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Unlike some workers who rush through or insist on doing everything their own way, they took the time to listen to our concerns, considered what we wanted, and reflected that in their work. The installation was clean, careful, and very thorough till the whole checkout done after installation.

Their effort and attitude made us feel confident that we had chosen the right company and the right people after looking into many options. One final step remains, the installation of the air gap scheduled for Wednesday. I trust they will keep their word and complete it as promised, because based on today’s work, they are not the type to cut corners.

I am very thankful to have met such diligent and considerate workers. I plan to update this review after we’ve had more time to use the system, but so far, I am very impressed and grateful.

“After waiting all day for another person that was suppose to fix. I called @ 5pm. Made arraignments for them to come in morning 10 min later Edgar Hernandez, one of their plumbers, called said he would be here in 20 min if i was home. Short story he fixed the issue in short period of time and double checked to make sure everything worked and i now have water. Very unusual a company and employees that care about providing quality service and thinking of customer needs. Thank you Mr Hernandez I will call all plumbing first from now on.“

“Here is a company that knows customer service. I walked into the shop looking for pipe insulation because the temp was forecast to drop below freezing. There was a short line of people at the counter but someone behind the counter looked and acknowledged me. When it was my turn, the fellow sent a runner for my parts and he came back, printed an invoice and pointed me to the accounts payable lady. I was out in a flash. Each person I was in contact with was cheerful and seemed to like their job. There was upbeat music playing of the speakers and it was just a happy place. It was a pleasant experience.“
