Here is a company that knows customer service. I walked into the shop looking for pipe insulation because the temp was forecast to drop below freezing. There was a short line of people at the counter but someone behind the counter looked and acknowledged me. When it was my turn, the fellow sent a runner for my parts and he came back, printed an invoice and pointed me to the accounts payable lady. I was out in a flash. Each person I was in contact with was cheerful and seemed to like their job. There was upbeat music playing of the speakers and it was just a happy place. It was a pleasant experience.

This group of talent epitomizes teamwork. I've seen extremely pleasant and explanatory interactions with one time customers, to in-depth problem solving and urgency to the experienced master plumber. I genuinely feel as if I needed a personal favor I could call on these guys. This is my one stop shop for plumbing material... and also the occasional bs session if I need to kill a few minutes. I highly recommend this particular location!
