“Mr. Rooter's service technicians came out on fairly short notice because our water heater had been out for almost a week, and we had not been able to get any help from our home warranty company, Liberty Home Guard. Mr. Rooter's technicians came out at about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem.
