My questions and concerns were all answered, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain the main issues around the house and went into detail about what needed to be addressed.
During the pest control service, he also noticed that I have lovebirds and made a point to mention that, for future treatments, he would be sure to handle that area with extra care. I thought that was very kind and thoughtful of him. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care he showed toward my home and pets.
The technician Lavan Rios came to do the quarterly treatment of my property. He first sprayed inside my home, he even asked for permission to spray every room. Very professional of him to do that. He then sprayed the garage doors where roaches have been getting into my garage. Then he sprayed the outdoor patio. Lastly he sprayed the perimeter of my home and along the fence. And put down granules on the lawn. That’s what I call an awesome treatment of my home. Excellent job Lavan!
TJ delivered a customized, excellent quarterly service, answered all my questions and it went above and beyond in everything. Also he offered different treatment plans for my ants problem outside.
