Have trouble with dispatch and sup ( request but can’t call back ) to busy I guess but your tech do great job George and my last tech worth wait for they the heart of your company. Supervisor Ray Espinosa came to my home to address concerns I had regarding the most recent seasonal service. He explained thoroughly the Fox procedure and training. He offered a redo due to the prior service was not as thorough. I appreciate management taking time to personally visit with me regarding my concerns. I appreciate the willingness to make sure I am satisfied with the service. I appreciate the professionalism. My rating of 4 is due to no consistency. Each technician that has serviced my home has completed the service differently and inconsistently. I would like the service to be more methodical just as the service plan I pay for.
