Technician Jaliel Dowell took the time and care to ensure my backyard issue was addressed and treated accordingly with the appropriate combination of pet-friendly chemicals. He was extremely thorough and did some onsite problem solving and ensured every inch of my yard was thorougly saturated to eradicate the terrible fleas that were making my dogs miserable. He answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with additional information about pesky pests with instructions regarding my pets.BugWorks has excellent customer service and they really thrive to make the customer happy.
