July 1st was the hardest day of my life, thus far… my daddy passed away. Joe Louis and the Kreidler family helped me in ways I didn’t think possible. They literally took care of everything from the minute they were advised of my family’s situation. They didn’t just do the bare minimum, they went above and beyond without missing a beat. Handling the transport from the hospital, working on scheduling for the viewing and burial, working closely with our church…all the way to obtaining death certificates, which doesn’t seem like a hard task but when you’re in a different state of mind, this help is so welcomed and needed. My mother-in-law planned for the moment, made the arrangements eight years prior to her death and because we wanted her to go home beautifully. We contacted Kreidler Funeral and Joe Louis Sanchez answered the phone. Fortunately, our Nana was still with us when we met Joe Louis via telephone. He helped us with the insurance to keep most items as she had planned, he made arrangements for her to be taken home, and he accepted items that we mailed to family members because we weren’t local.
