The tub itself is fabulous, it has so many new features and performs so well, it is difficult to make yourself get out of the tub because of the tremendous stress relief using the various jets, seat warmer, shower etc. During the installation, they discovered that the old tub's electrical wiring was piggy-backed off of an existing socket which was not standard and could have caused outages. They immediately contacted an electrician who ran two more circuits to get the new tub hooked up properly...all with no extra charge. Every step in the process was timely and explained. Truly the best remodeling experience we have ever had, bar none.“
