I don't even know where to start. These guys are what dreams are made of and I will give my business to no other. The service from Thin-ology is from a time long gone. In a vulture society where money is the only object these guys seem to just love people and love what they do. John and his team returned my call quickly and then patiently listened as I began to explain my rare issue with a no rush attitude. I have talked with just about every other IT server infrastructure management company all over the United States including Dell the manufacturer of the product these guys found my solution in a split second. I've had nothing but exceptional service with Thin-nology. I highly recommend them for any data center needs. It does not matter if you are a small client or a big client, you will be treated with the same excellent service.

The service is wonderful. I love that they take care of all my updates and installations so I can do my job more effectively. Problems get solved quickly and efficiently and they are very patient with some of our users who aren't very tech savvy.
