I reached out to him today because I was experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity issues and my new HP Laptop seemed to be running slow. Jason and I collaborated remotely. I have been using Jason for 15 years now and he is the best! He is trusting, responsive, super knowledgeable, patient with my questions and his fees are very fair. It was so hard for me to trust someone but he has never let me down. My computer recently crashed due to old age and he was able to pull all of my data off my crashed computer hard drive and move it to my new computer. I would give Jason 10 stars if I could.
Jason is a lifesaver. He has been repairing upgrading and setting up various computers for me for years. He's fast, his prices are reasonable, and he does great work. Can't recommend him highly enough.
