The receptionist who checked me in (I am sorry I didn't get her name). She was kind and pleasant and made my experience a good one!My hairstylist was Kieu; Its been awhile since I could get a stylist to cut my hair "just as I explained it" when I tried other establishments.This was my first time at this location. Kieu did a fabulous job! ! I am so pleased. She knocked 10- years off of my original age ha ha I'll be back. I thank you for the warm conversations and professionalism. I normally have gone to great clips for decades but the past few times I did not like the way they cut my hair so tried this place for the 1st time and it was great! B.B was amazing. Very sweet. Did a great job and even assured me if I go home and see something I don't like, to not hesitate and come back so she can fix. That won't be necessary but I love the gesture. Will come here from now on.

I had several great cuts from Vivi and I really like the time she takes with me. Today, I brought my mom in to see Vivi, too. Mom has had a hard time finding a stylist that cuts her hair the way she wants it to be cut. However, Vivi took great time and care to cut mom's hair as she specified, and mom walked out very happy with her new cut. Thank you Vivi!Service: Haircut
