We had a plumbing issue where we had water damage on our floor. Carlos from Strand Brother’s plumbing came at 7:30 in the evening and located the problem. Returned the next day with Ross to complete the repair. They were very friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. We felt very confident that our issue in the wall was permanently fixed. We would highly recommend Carlos and Ross.
Devon Golden took care of a broken valve on my daughter’s house. He was very courteous and professional. Devon was a great communicator and explained what needed to be done. He completed the task quickly and effectively.
Over the weekend had a huge leak in my yard from a pipe bursting. Called late Saturday, and Javier came out first thing Sunday morning. He was so kind, informative, and communicative all along the way. He did the repair and showed me along the way why it broke in the first place, and also gave me advice on how to prevent future issues that I plan to schedule with this company. Javier alone made the experience beyond 5 stars, but I am grateful for prompt action and good work. It was a lot that needed to be done and I feel reasonably priced for what services and quality repairs he did.
