Not sure how businesses can operate when their phone systems are not working properly. I tried to call for an appointment and twice the line picked up but no one was there to make the reservation, then the call ended. I called for more information and twice the call broke up and I could not understand the person on the other end. For seniors, this is very frustrating.

Great experience, friendly staff (even at the end of the day when you KNOW you want to head home ASAP), and I highly recommend if you live in the area. All eye doctors take a while to see you so there’s no difference here and I love the automated text reminders—so convenient for an equally busy person (hint: me).
