They spent a good amount of time with me discussing precisely where things would go, and how they would handle some trickier aspects of the roof geometry. Work was completed exactly as we had agreed on, and the workmanship is solid. No complaints, would recommend them highly.“

“We have had THA Construction complete two projects for us in the past 6 weeks. Full upstairs bathroom remodel and closing up a tall foyer to add a floor which converted the space into a new upstairs room. Alex was prompt to conduct the estimates, reviewed our home's blueprints and talked thorough the options and limitations present for each project. We were lucky and another client changed their project timeline and they were able to get started within 2 weeks of the estimate. Bathroom: The original bathroom had a very small tub/shower (only 25\\\" wide) that was right next to the toilet with a wall and door dividing the shower/toilet room from the vanity room. The wall between them made the shower and toilet space very cramped. We took everything down the studs, widened the shower to 34\\\" which required moving the toilet plumbing, removed the dividing wall and replaced half the vanity with a huge linen cabinet, added additional ceiling lights, new mirror wired into the wall and custom cut marble for the sink, shower seat and shower ledge/lip. My girls were able to pick out the shower tile and niches for storage. We finished off with new paint and vinyl flooring. Took just over two weeks and my girls love their new bathroom. Foyer Room: THA's engineer came out to assess the materials needed and had to switch gears a bit when they got into the walls to see exactly how the new floor/cieling had to be connected to the existing framing. They built the new floor to seamlessly transition into the upstairs family room. Electrical work was needed to move the light switch from downstairs to the upstairs, we added new outlets to the new upstairs room and new LED cieling lights to the new entry way cieling to ensure the entryway had sufficient lighting. They installed new flooring with a soundproofing barrier (matching the new bathroom flooring) and installed a new light fixture. This project only took a little over a week. Alex and crew were excellent. I highly recommend them.“
