“Roof is now 5 years old...and I wanted to be sure that everything was OK for the next 5 years. After a full roof inspection, the roof was in really good shape. Work list was fairly short; cost to fix a few dozen minor wear & tear issues was very reasonable. Work was scheduled and a full team showed up to fix the caulk, flashing, and fasteners. Flashing fasteners were upgraded from nails to neoprene screws; roof penetrations were repaired and repainted; and new flashing was meticulously done. Work was neat as a pin; detailed photos of inspection and repairs were provided. Owner's agent was present for the inspection and the repairs.
