have been professional and responsive. Kevin answered some questions I had about the process in a timely manner.
The company was recommended by a neighbor who had another neighbor recommend them. Our communications although from miles away bc I was in NY went smoothly.
Although I have not seen the roof yet, neighbors and my daughter assure me it looks good. I hope to see it soon.

“Discount Gutters was not the first company I talked to about the gutters on the back of my house but for sure ended up being the best. I contacted Jesus Facundo because his company was local to me in Pflugerville. Jesus came to do the estimate himself and impressed me with his professionalism and candor and his knowledge of what the job required. I can honestly say the reason I went with his company was because of how he represented it. He wasn't just the guy who came to give an estimate, he was the owner of the company that ensured I got what I wanted and expected. After we talked for a bit about the job, he found out that I was a retired Vet and that led him to give me a veteran discount and a conversation about why he did. I agreed with his assessment of what needed to be done and the price and we scheduled a date for the work and his guys and him showed up. His crew that came were professionals as well and did a great job with excellent attention to detail and the gutters look great. “These guys are great! They came to give us a quote at 6:30 during the week, worked around our schedule and came to do the project on a Sat. They were scheduled to work at 10 am and they were at our house at 9:55 am, which is unheard of in todays world. They got right after it and did a great job! They ended up installing a few basins in the lowest points of the yard that use a sump pump to push water to the street, and did so at a super reasonable cost. Bobby did quite a bit of sealing up gaps between the bricks and the metal today, climbing all the way inside the fireplace.“
