Great Clips Pflugerville offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids. The salon provides various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary. Customers can walk-in or check-in online to skip the wait. The salon uses ClipNotes to ensure customers get a great cut every time.
While it is a busy location, the staff are friendly and capable of providing a decent haircut in a pinch. Customers are encouraged to check in online, but should still be prepared to wait even after receiving a text to come in. The salon maintains a clean environment and offers well-priced services. Sometimes, the wait times in the store are longer than advertised, so patience is recommended.
The salon’s stylists have received praise for their talent and customer service, with some customers having very positive experiences. One customer shared that their haircut was completed in about 10-15 minutes, and they were able to use a coupon. Customers are encouraged to bring a picture of the desired haircut to get the style they want.
However, not all experiences are perfect. One customer was dissatisfied with the treatment received from a stylist named Elvira, citing poor communication, rough handling, and lack of professionalism during their visit. Despite the busy atmosphere, the salon strives to provide quality service and a good overall experience.
I’ve been to this place for years now, but this is the first time I’m leaving a review and all the credit goes to “Tifa”.
I got the best haircut! She took time to cut my hair and her attention to detail is exceptional! I’ve never had a fade this good even at professional salons, in different states, and even countries!
She was very calm, her hands were very stable and she was aware of the fact that trimmers get hot (she kept cooling them so that I’m not feelimg the heat).
Great location, clean store and friendly stylists. Crystal cut my hair at the Taylor store and is so good that when she transferred to Pflugerville I decided to go to that store (even though I live in Rockdale). She is a real asset to Great Clips and my haircuts are always perfect!!!
This is a really busy store, but the team are friendly and you can walk on away with a decent cut if you're in a pinch and need a trim. The advertised wait times are often not representative of the waits in store. Be sure to check in online, but still be prepared to wait a bit even after getting your text to head to the store. That being said, still a quality location, clean and well priced.
