Sport Clips Haircuts of Pflugerville-Stone Hill Town Center provides a sports-themed experience featuring TV, a steamed towel treatment, and expert stylists who specialize in men's and boys' hair care. Customers often praise the stylists for their detail orientation, as they ask questions to understand the desired styles and offer various options.
Reviewers emphasize the quality of haircuts, and some feel the experience resembles a more upscale barbershop. While some customers have mentioned specific stylists for their skills and friendly service, others have noted that the online check-in system can be frustrating. There have been issues with appointments not registering correctly, leading to longer wait times than expected.
Despite these challenges, many appreciate the helpful staff who strive to accommodate customers, and most have had positive experiences with the quality of haircuts, even if the skill levels of different stylists can vary. The location remains popular for its commitment to customer service and the sports-themed atmosphere.
Sports clips has been my go to for so long and I'm glad I am going to the Phlugerville location. Deepa left me with a fresh haircut, an amazing mvp experience and provided such a kind service that I am so grateful for. I also liked the mvp I got she was able to wash my hair and towel me. Also I got served right away when I got there. I like checking in online, thank you Deepa and Sports Clips for continuing to provide service to me

I hadn’t had a haircut in almost two months because I’m on a business trip and English is a little difficult for me. Nicole was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly despite the language barrier. She made me feel completely comfortable and gave me a great haircut. Excellent service! Thank you, Nicole!
