Austin Bounce House Rentals saved the day for me when I realized I had not completed the checkout process on their website a couple of months ahead of time. They came through for me on the same day of my party. While I was waiting for their call back to confirm they could provide 2 good-sized inflatables, I called a couple of other places to see if they could provide same-day service & they could/would not. The service was excellent but more important the owners are someone you want to be successful because they care to be the best at what they do and are flexible to the needs of the customer / community. They showed up on time, were friendly, and picked up like clockwork. The rental was high quality and the kids loved it. Kudos on doing a simple thing at its highest level.
We've rented from Austin Bounce House the past 2 years and both birthdays have been a great success thanks to this great team! The bounce slides we rented were in great condition, we had zero issues.
