They're supposed to deliver my items this week. I can't get in touch with them. Very frustrating. They called ONCE and never called me again, and they don't take messages and keep unusually short hours.

I found the best way to resolve matters, if you can get a phone number from one of the drivers who picks up freight for you, helps schedule in advance or if need to reschedule pickups with the personal driver.

Ordered a new outboard from Northeast Marine in Clearwater Florida. Delivery was to central Texas via AAA Cooper. Delivery was completed in five days and outboard arrived strapped to a pallet with no damage. Driver was friendly and courteous. Could not ask for better service.
