Our 27 year old Kenmore clothes washer was banging in its spin cycle. This is the first time we had a problem with it!! I called JB and spoke directly with Arnie. He was able to come that day, and saw the problem. A spring that held the clothes drum in place came off its hook, and Arnie re-attached it. He did a test of the spin cycle as well as the water fill up as there was previous water leaking from the drum being off-centered. Overall, he charged a very reasonable visit/repair fee and while he was looking around he took the time to showed and explained to me what was the problem. Very courteous, fair-priced and nice person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The frustrations of a broken appliance are very real and dealing with the fall out and wait time are seriously painful. Enter my home warranty company and J&B. Unfortunately I didn't have the wherewithal to seek out J&B personally but they are contracted through my warranty co. and I am very happy with the results. My technician Hassan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. After diagnosing the issue he took every step to help us in getting a replacement part. Through no fault of J&B, there was a longer wait than expected to find the replacement but they kept in constant contact to ensure no additional time was wasted. I had an issue with my dryer not working properly and started searching for repair company. Arnie called be back promptly and listened to my problem. His first response was to try to help me with information to see if i could fix myself vs selling me some part or service. That didn't work so he came out quickly and fixed my dryer for a very reasonable amount. Never met him before today but based on my experience...highly recco!! Great service for a grest price.
