Mark did a phenomenal job on my Mom portrait I tattooed on my forearm 10/10. He took the time to answer questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Top notch experience all around!

Our 27 year old Kenmore clothes washer was banging in its spin cycle. This is the first time we had a problem with it!! I called JB and spoke directly with Arnie. He was able to come that day, and saw the problem. A spring that held the clothes drum in place came off its hook, and Arnie re-attached it. He did a test of the spin cycle as well as the water fill up as there was previous water leaking from the drum being off-centered. Overall, he charged a very reasonable visit/repair fee and while he was looking around he took the time to showed and explained to me what was the problem. Very courteous, fair-priced and nice person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mrs. Carla, our funeral director, was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, she was professional, warm, and attentive. She answered every question we had, no matter how big or small and provided the comfort and clarity we needed. My family and I were especially concerned about how our grandmother would look, and we were genuinely moved by how beautiful she appeared. We received so many compliments from family and friends.
I know that sometimes planning something this difficult for a loved one can bring out a lot of emotions when you’re already grieving. But when you have people who genuinely care and take care of everything with grace and empathy, it means more than words can express.
