They offer great customer service and are responsible with customers' clothes. Pecos Cleaners does a great job with dry cleaning, starching, and washing, including delicate items like wedding gowns. I have been coming here for a few months now when I don’t have time to do my own laundry. I’ve dropped off clothing and bedding and have had relatively good experiences each time. Whatever detergents they use smell amazing! One thing worth mentioning is they do not staple tags to your clothes but will write your name on the care label instead. Everyone has a different preference so I figure it’s worth mentioning. Very nice people and open really early. Definitely recommend.
Also, whoever did their Christmas window painting did an awesome job! I even took a photo because I thought it was so cute.
It has been 3 years since I last been in Pecos, and on my last day I got 5 pairs of pants dry cleaned and starched, believe me when I tell you they still are crisp and held up there shape. Great customer service!! I have used Pecos Cleaners for about 2 years now I know they stay busy, one time they misplaced one of my FR shirts when I called and told them about it. I was asked to take show them a picture of shirt a what I had paid for it and I was refunded. Thank Angelica & Ofelia
